I really don’t like giving reviews this fast, this early… but ima break down my setup and then what I ran through. I did the big three with zero gauge wire. My ground is a thick solid 99.9 copper wire. Rockford capacitor, I am using two equalizer one clarion and one soundstream. They each have their purpose, and I over did the fuse but you can never have to many. I have one running from a red top optima battery, 1 running from the alternator, one fused in before the capacitor, and 1 before the amp all at 250A. I was using 2 boss amps that was hitting pretty good so I thought, but didn’t replace until one starting smoking. So I went for a soundstream tarantula 4000d suppose to be 4000 peak 1 ohm stable @ 2000 rms.it lasted for three weeks getting warm a lil hot then just stopped. I tried the belva bb5000d it sucked. I said ima try one more amp. Planet audio 5150 watt @ 3800 rms… now what subs am I using. Pioneer competition 3500 watt @ 1000 watt rms that’s per subs two of them in separate ported boxes @ 1.2 cubic ft. I never knew that these subs can hit this hard. Let’s just say I no longer turn the volume all the way up. I know things can change and I will repost if it does, but damn this amp can put out some power. I can show you a video on YouTube if your not sure about this amp. I ran it for 40mins the soundstream eq was @ 7.5 hz the clarion all knobs a little past have and it slams. I did this cause every Thom I switch the eq up the amp gets warm or hot with 10 maybe 15 mins, I checked it and it was just as cold as it was before I hooked it up. I said let me check the subs they were cold as well. Do not sleep on this amp and make sure yours subs can handle it. Again if you need to see a video I can post one on YouTube no problem.
