got this amplifier in a combo package of VM Innovatinos with duel 12″ 600watt RMS Renegade subwoofers, i’ve got this wired to 2ohms on the subwoofers with an inductor i ripped out of an old power supply(i’ve heard i’ll clean off some of the higher frequencies and it does help a little). This amplifier has more than enough power to run these, it’s cleaner and louder than my friend’s 2500 watt twin 12″! I run my equipment hard so the amplifier and voice coils do get a bit warm. i noticed at lower frequencies theres a lot more power draw and the amp get wicked hot(the center metal plate recedes from the outer brackets used to get to the screw heads creating a small gap). i have yet to find any… not rigged way to cool it, for the time being i’ve got two 5 inch computer fans ziptied togather and zip tied to the top… It works. overall though it’s an amazing amp. the external level knob looks slick, the adjustable on-board crossover very nice, i have yet to even turn the bass boost knob on it lol it’s already powerful enough. for a 1500 watt monoblock i give it 8 out of 10(-2 for the cooling, gave myself a 2nd degree burn when i tried reaching over the amp)
