I was skeptical on this power cap purchase. I wanted a power cap to be sure I had enough power and didn’t want my lights to dim. My system is pushing 500+ watts which this power cap is completely overkill. I purchased this power cap based on the positive reviews and the price. I would be able to get a smaller cap that was name brand for more $$ but I took a chance and decided to try this one. The power cap is large and does exactly what it should. I like the features and for the price I don’t think it can be beat. I have not been running the system long so it could fail at a later time or have issues, but for my initial purchase I am pleased. The only gripe I have is that one of the plastic brackets was cracked, but was in a place that is not noticable and did not affect performance.
