When I bought my 2001 Ram 2500 a couple years ago, the front speakers were blown out (no sound at all from driver’s side). These replacement units fit the front door speaker holes just fine, and they sound good. For $35 with shipping, they sound great. And, considering what I had before I replaced the old blown-out ones, they sound FANTASTIC! :)Given the price of these speakers, I didn’t have overly high expectations. I could have spent more and gotten something more “higher end”; however, my actual requirements were “I want to be able to hear the radio while I’m driving”, and it was “the truck”. I’m not an audiophile, and I don’t feel obligated to provide audio entertainment for everyone within 100 yards. These speakers do the job I need done – provide decent performance at a great value.
