It arrived promptly and the radio works fine and that’s about all the good I can say. Bluetooth works OK, but not the best. forget the back up camera. Buy one that is not wireless. I even added to both the transmitting and receiving antenna’s and got them with about 2 feet, but still extremely grainy if the video even came up. I’m just going to hard wire it. As for service from the seller…. I’ve sent 2 emails requesting support and it’s been about a week and have not heard back from either email.
