These speakers are about the best that you could ever expect out of anything even close to this price. Of course they aren’t as good as JBL or Infinity or any top of the line speakers and only a fool would expect them to be. I bought these to replace the stock speakers in my 2002 Chevy S 10 and the improvement was drastic. The highs were crisp and clear and the bass was reasonably tight. After I added a sub and with the bass directed away from these speakers they improved in sound even more. If you don’t have a big budget these are definitely the way to go to upgrade your stock speakers
