I have other Planet Audio items and know they are pretty good about helping any way they can with possible problems. They also often offer an extended warranty for a small fee. Easy to set up and easy to follow instructions. Seems really durable. Great gift idea for the person who needs ultimate sound experience and demands premium audio. Heavy duty exterior that can withstand a lot, just don’t get it wet. I think the best part is the amount of control you have on volume at the touch of a finger. I don’t like to have to fiddle with stuff a long time to get optimum sound. This unit seems to have just the right amount of filters to provide great sound with little fuss. Also has great bass control. Easy to store under the car seat or behind the seat.
