All in all this is a decent product. Ive have the capacitor for over a year now and it has worked flawless! The mounting hardware is exceptional, along with the terminals. Charging of the capacitor was rather simple with the included resistor. cant complain for the money.I run a 600 watt system with dual 12’s, now if you’ve got a massive system look else because this is not your answer. It is a real capacitor, as far as 2 Farad im not entirely sure but it does the job for mine. It took away the massive voltage drops i had, and well as the constant draining of my battery. A thing to keep in mind in any sub system is that bigger is better, and this especially applies to your wires. i currently run 3 gauge wire to all my electrical components in my sound system, the same size as the + wire to your starter. the theory behind this is that the bigger the wire, the more electricity it can store inside so that when your subs hit its drawing the electricity from inside the wire and not through the wire directly from your battery. this will save you corroded terminals and fried wiring, and on top of that this capacitor makes a hell of a difference, much better than before.i would recommend this to anyone with a 600 watt or smaller system, otherwise go bigger.
