Good radio. Customer Service is horrible, at best. Hard to get ahold of, and slow to respond. Had to have this radio replaced because the MicroSD card went out (gps) and they couldn’t just send me a new card. But after 3 months of back and forth with Cust. Srv., they finally sent me a warranty replacement.Software does lock up from time to time and you have to shut the radio off and reboot. GPS software is a bit slow at loading. The phonebook in the bluetooth phone dialer is counter intuitive. The names aren’t sorted at all and when it imports, it creates triplicates of all my contacts. I don’t even use the radio’s phonebook because it’s too dangerous, and when not driving, the scrolling through the contacts….you’re either at the top or at the bottom, and if you try to scroll slower, it ends up selecting and dialing a contact.Sound quality is good. If I installed a subwoofer, it’d be even better.Volume – radio and CD/DVD is fine, but bluetooth is always a LOT lower in volume, even if I turn everything else to 5 or 6 and turn the bluetooth to 10, still I have to turn the main volume way up. It takes a few seconds for people on the other line to hear me clearly.Over all, good cheap radio with lots of features, but the company should release a software upgrade and fix some of these annoying things. Even if the cost of the radio goes up a few bucks, it’d be worth it.
