Purchased this unit because it has a mini lcd screen and pre set buttons so the screen does not always have to be flipped up. For this purpose it works ok. It does not have a panel dimming feature, the lcd display is way to dim for the day time, you cannot read it hardly at all, night time it is perfect. They warrantied the first unit telling me it should not be hard to read in the day time, but the second one was exactly the same. Screen tilt works good, just wish it would tilt a little more. Screen brightness is a little dark for movies, with all the display settings turned all the way up its not too bad but still a bit dim for a bright sunny day. Back up camera feature works great and picture is plenty visible and clear. Unfortunately you can not change the back lighting color, the blue is a bit extreme at night. Overall for the price not a bad unit. If your looking for a radio with an lcd screen and pre set buttons so the screen does not always have to be up, you don’t have a lot of other options, If this unit had a panel dimming feature so it could be more visible in the day time I would have rated higher.
