These got some pretty good reviews from others. I’ve owned a lot of speakers over the years. For the price these are decent. In a car with background noise they would be better than they are in the wheelhouse of my boat. They are getting broken in (yes speakers break in) and starting to sound better at lower levels. Overall 4 of 5 is the fair rating. A little tinny highs, okay mids. I have them on a amp with the low lows filtered out. Not MB Quarts, not their price either.
