This sub is a very high quality subwoofer. Handles 1500 watts rms like the box says and really bangs. I have one big bang 15 wired at 4 ohms to the planet audio ac4000 with the amp tuned about halfway up, and boy does this boy beat. My big bang would be a lot louder if i were to get a box or make one that actually fit the specs of the sub. The sub requires 2.5 cubes and requires a port to be tuned at 31 hz. the box i have the sub in is about 1.7 cubes and 45 hz or so and it still bangs. I recommend this sub to anyone who wants a big sub for an affordable price. This sub in the set up i have described in a 1996 sidekick can compete with two audiopipe tsvrxx which are pretty good but no match for the big bang.
