I am very pleased with this sub, I was shocked when I saw what box it came in also. It says that it can handle from 12-350hz, but handled 8hz pretty well (not sure on anything higher then 150hz because I got it filtered for only lows). I have mine sitting at 900w @2ohms, and shacks my whole house 3/4 of the way up without fully flexing (unless I play Bassorontics – “Bass I love you”). Can without a dought handle more then 1200rms, considering that my amp goes into protection mode after about 30mins of play without over heating (crappy Kenwood), this thing will suck up some power. Just a heads up also, if your just temp. hocking it up in your home you may need 2-3 power supplies, one good PSU may work, but to get it moving your gonna need atleast 2.This sub would of made it to 6 stars in my book, but these terminals just suck, its a pain to get the wires to stay, then on top of that one of the screws rattled out of place n was jumping around in the box.Overall great Sub, and can’t wait to get another to drop them down to 1ohm….and a better amp. Would Recommend this to others.
