I got this device a few months ago and I have had no problems with it. It recognized my 32gb SD card no problem. Installation was easy, as long as you make sure to get everything you need before hand. I have only 1 small complaint about this device. The LCD is pretty dim. So dim I can only really reliably read it at night. Other than that, this device works fine and sounds good.
