Everything was great for a few months after we received the unit. However yesterday, when i went to charge the unit, the power jack was missing. The jack had broken off internally and was rattling around inside the unit. We treated the unit well so there was no reason on our side for the power jack to fail, especially only having it for a few months. i will be appreciated if able to get technical help, beside this issue this item for me was more than* * * * *….
