It is surprisingly solid, well made, and better than I expected for this price point. The instructions are great and it was not that hard to install in our older vehicle. It does get noticeably hot, as others have mentioned, so plan for that or have it in a good spot so you can watch it. Every buyer should go over the specs and realize what you are paying for. I really like the added bass and I’m not one to want to "thump" the whole neighborhood anyway, so this was just right.
