This is a fine amplifier. It comes with all of its parts and I saw no dents or scratches. If you block the amp, there might be some problems with the heat sinks but you should just let it cool down and after 10 minutes it’s fine. The bass knob seems a little finicky but not too much. Besides you don’t really need the bass adjuster.It really seems like a fine amp and good for the price
