Installation was easy but of course time consuming.
The main problem is that the heatsink is whoa-fully inadequate for the rated output. It starts getting past it’s thermal capacity at about 1/3rd volume and the heatsink then starts to really get hot.
The PL-1200 works great and sounds good, and since I don’t ever listen to music past about 1/4 the volume level it’s fine for me. I guess if you needed more volume and a good chance of being partially deaf in your old age you could put a nice beefy 12V fan mounted on a small 1 ft piece of plywood and have the fan mounted and blowing on the Amp.

Just be careful, this fan spins so fast it can slice your finger tip off (talking from experience)
